Terry Pearl:
Founder & Chief Philanthropy Partner

Terry Pearl is a proven leader and successful strategist in development, strategic planning, fundraising campaigns, major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, and board development. Over a philanthropic career spanning two decades, she has cumulatively raised more than $175 million for nonprofits across the globe, including principal gifts as large as $50 million. As a development consultant, she has worked with a diverse group of organizations including the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, American Society for the University of Haifa, Hadassah of America, HousingPlus, the Green Beret Foundation, the Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies, T1D Exchange, the YWCA of New York City, Overlook Medical Center, and several Hackensack Meridian Health hospitals.

Terry worked as Chief Development Officer for St. Joseph’s Health in Paterson, NJ; Vice President, Development, for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center; and Chief Advancement Officer for The Headstrong Project providing free mental health to veterans. Terry also served as the Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations for NYU Langone Medical Center; Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at The Mount Sinai Medical Center and Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ; on the Board of Directors for the United Synagogue of Hoboken, Learning Community Charter School in Jersey City, NJ, the Association of Fundraising Professionals New Jersey Chapter, and the Morristown Rotary Club, and has been named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International.

Terry lives in Hoboken, NJ with her husband and daughter.

    For the past decade, Jill served as the Sales and Event Director at her family’s business, blending her nonprofit expertise with entrepreneurial leadership. In January 2025, she joined 360 Philanthropy Partners as Chief Operating Officer, where she focuses on optimizing operations and driving business growth.

    Fun fact: Jill and Terry first met nearly 20 years ago while working together at Mount Sinai—and now they’ve come full circle at 360 Philanthropy Partners.

  • Jennifer is a dynamic nonprofit executive and innovative strategist with more than two decades of expertise in integrated fundraising, strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, tactical partnerships, and board development. Her career includes senior leadership roles within prominent Jewish communal organizations, notably as Vice President of Partnerships and Special Projects for the American Society of the University of Haifa (ASUH), Senior Development Executive for American Friends of The Hebrew University (AFHU), and Vice President of Development and Marketing for YRF Darca. She successfully transformed donor engagement at ASUH by launching interactive virtual events during the COVID-19 pandemic and spearheaded a national fundraising initiative at YRF Darca, achieving a financial support increase of over 230%.

    Jennifer’s diverse experience extends to programming, volunteer leadership, and special events execution for esteemed cultural institutions, including the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center in Charlotte, NC, and The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC.

    She holds a BA in Communications and Psychology from Hollins University and completed a PR and advertising internship program in London through Boston University. Jennifer's commitment to community leadership is evident through her volunteer roles with The McColl Center for Art and Innovation, Mecklenburg County Public Schools, Congregation Rodeph Shalom in New York City, and as a reunion co-chair for her alma mater.

    As a guest speaker at national fundraising conferences such as FRDNY and the RAISE Conference, Jennifer leads impactful discussions on major gifts, board and volunteer leadership, integrated communications and development strategies, and innovations in fundraising, including AI-driven solutions.

    Jennifer sees every organizational challenge as an opportunity for creative growth and meaningful stakeholder engagement. She excels at building authentic relationships, deeply understanding stakeholder motivations, and crafting bespoke, sustainable strategies. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator since March 2023, she leverages technical expertise to optimize database systems and reporting frameworks that drive organizational success.

    A strategic thinker with proven success implementing data-driven solutions, Sara excels at developing comprehensive engagement strategies, creating efficient reporting systems, and maintaining excellent donor relations.Her international experience with organizations like MS Society Scotland, Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland, and British Heart Foundation has provided her with a global perspective on philanthropy, while her educational background in Marketing and Tourism Management from the University of Stirling and a Certificate of Fundraising from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising offer strong foundations for effective communication and relationship-building with donors and foundations.

    Lily brings deep expertise in institutional philanthropy, having raised $50 million+ in grants and major gifts for colleges and universities, research centers, and community-based nonprofits ranging from workforce development to social services organizations. A trusted thought partner to nonprofit and educational leaders, she is known for her ability to translate bold visions into fundable strategies and cultivate meaningful partnerships with foundations, corporations, family offices, and donor-advised funds.

    Throughout her career, Lily has served in senior leadership roles at the University of Texas at Austin, NYU School of Medicine, Seton Hall University, RAICES, and the Council on Foreign Relations. She holds an MBA with honors from Seton Hall University with a concentration in International Business and Management, and a BA in Religion from Dartmouth College. Lily is also a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP) through the National Ayurvedic Medical Association Certification Board (NAMACB) and a trained Co-Active Coach (CTI).
